Matsumoto Kiyo is a Japanese actress born on March 20, 1995, in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. She debuted in 2014, appearing in the movie “Fatal Frame,” and went on to appear in the music video for the Official HIGE DANdism song “I Love You…” in 2015. She transitioned into drama acting in 2017, when she starred in “Code: M.” More recently, she has appeared in the movie “Chiwawa” (2019) and the drama series “In Time With You” (2019).

Sato Shinohara (Tsuchiya Tao) runs a budget-friendly restaurant in a busy urban area with her mother. The restaurant is very unassuming, but it has a lot of regular customers. And most of them frequently come because of Sato Shinohara’s welcoming attitude and kind personality. She has been dating a man named Kenta Miyama (Matsushita Kouhei), who loves her dearly. One day, he decides to pop the question – and she happily accepts.

But this duo cannot sail off into the sunset just yet, as there is a very large complication – namely, Kenta Miyama’s family. This formerly noble family can trace its past back four centuries and happens to hark back to Japan’s feudal past. They are exceptionally wealthy and are used to high society life. Growing up, Nanakusa (Ryusei Yokohama) and Yuu Manabe (Marie Iitoyo) were good friends. Though time caused them to drift apart, they each still remember the years they spent together fondly. This drama is based on the Taiwanese series of the same name, which first aired in 2011.
