Cui Peng, also known as Kelvin Cui, is a Chinese actor. He was born in Jinan, Shandong, China on October 3, 1982 and made his debut in the entertainment world when he won the award for Overall Male Champion and Overall Best Potential Host in the 2003 Singaporean talent show “Star Search”. He took on his first acting role in 2004 and has appeared in various television dramas since, including the 2019 historical romance, “Legend of the Phoenix”.
