Peng Yu Chang is a Chinese actor. Born on October 25, 1994, he made his acting debut in the 2015 television drama “Go Princess Go.” He has since appeared in a number of films and television dramas, including “Men With Swords Season 1” (2016), “Assassin 2” (2017) and “My Mr. Mermaid” (2017).

Li Ze Lin (Peng Yu Chang) is a student who has failed his university entrance exam. He loves dancing, but he has been sent from his home in the bust city of Guangdong to Haikou, on the balmy Hainan. In a compilation of seven short films, seven directors explore the history of modern China and its people, going back to the 1940s and the aftermath of World War II, on the eve of the birth of the People’s Republic of China, through to the 1960s, the 1980s, the 1990s, and finally the 2010s, with stars like Song Jia and Ou Hao making appearances.

The first film focuses on an engineer struggling to organize a ceremony to mark the birth of the nation and the second tells the story of a love-sick nuclear scientist.
