Elvira Cai is a Chinese singer, actress and model. Born on January 3, 1990, she made her acting debut in the 2010 television drama “Qing Yu Yuan.” She has since appeared in many popular dramas, including the recent “Back in Time” (2014), “So Young” (2016), “My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend” (2017) and “A Seven-Faced Man” (2017-2018).
