A young woman is destined to cross paths with a mermaid prince.

Shen Luo (Bea Hayden) is having work troubles, so she moves from the big city back to a small island cottage, where she spent her childhood living with her grandfather. When Shen Luo learns that her grandfather has been diagnosed with cancer, she decides to stay to take care of him.

In a time of great unrest at the end of the Warring States period, Jing Ke (Le Geng) attempts to assassinate King Zheng of Qin and fails. Based on Ni Luo’s novel of the same name, “Wu Xin: The Monster Killer” is an action-packed 2015 fantasy drama directed by Lin Yufen and Gao Linbao.
