Ryu Hye Young is an award-winning South Korean actress who got her start in short films. Born on March 28, 1991, she made her acting debut in the 2007 short film “High School Girls.” She went on to appear in many more short films, feature films and television dramas, including “Spy” (2015) and “Reply 1988” (2015-2016).

In the late 1980s Seoul, five childhood friends from the Ssangmundong neighborhood navigate their challenging teen years together.
