Angel Locsin is the stage name of Angelica Colmenares, a Filipina actress, producer and fashion designer. Born on April 23, 1985, she was first discovered by a talent scout when she was in a shopping center in 2001. After making her acting debut in the 2000 film “Ping Lacson: Supercop,” she shot to fame in the 2004 television series “Mulawin.” Angel went on to star in many popular films and television series, including “Darna” (2005), “Lobo” (2008), “Only You” (2009), “Imortal” (2011), “Toda Max” (2011-) and “The Legal Wife” (2014).
