Nian Nian (Suan Wang) and Hsiao Fan (Lin Yu Pin) are two young women who scam rich men by posing as escorts. During one scheme, they unknowingly steal valuable IOUs and cash from an underground mafia boss. The boss sends Jie Wei (Sean Lee) to retrieve the stolen goods, while other thieves also pursue the bounty.
