Benny Chan is a Hong Kong-born actor, model, and singer who was born on October 7, 1969. He studied at Lingnan University and debuted in 1994, when he began appearing in TV commercials. He went on to star as the Monkey King in the 1998 version of “Journey to the West II.” He also sang the theme song for the same title. He has since appeared in the dramas “The Legend of Crazy Monk” (2010), “Love Amongst War” (2012), and the 2019 remake of “Deadful Melody.”

An evil force has trapped the villagers of Qing Ya and spirited them away to a realm in the clouds. There, guarded by fierce dragon-like creatures, they must toil endlessly to satisfy the whims of the cloud-dwelling gods. These evil forces are commanded by Liu Li (Zhang Chu Xuan), a powerful sorceress who has the ability to summon monstrous stone demons that can lay waste to entire cities.
