Alex Fong is a Hong Kong actor, singer, and Olympic swimmer who was born on February 26, 1980. He turned out at the Olympic Games in Athens in 2000, and has remained an active competitive swimmer ever since. He made his musical debut in 2001, releasing the album “Alex Sun.” That same year, he made his movie debut in the science fiction movie “2002.” His more recent films include “Anniversary” (2015) and “The Sexy Guys” (2019).

In 1997, as the British Hong Kong government was preparing for the impending handover, crime within the city itself hit an all-time high. With officials from the British Hong Kong government joining forces with the triads, factions from all sides fought to gain a foothold amidst the chaos. With violence running rampant in the city, San Luen Sing’s gang leader, Lam Yiu Cheong (Simon Yam), was doing his best to wind down his business before the new government took over.

Having just been released from prison, Lam’s right-hand man, Lok Chi Ming (Richie Ren) is immediately given an important task, but not everyone is happy about the way Lam is handling San Luen Sing’s current affairs. Stepping out from under Lam’s wing, Tin (Patrick Tam) secretly makes a deal with the city’s corrupt Chief Superintendent; a deal that will eventually place him as the new head of the San Luen Sing gang. Sun Wu Kong (Pakho Chau), also known as the Monkey King, is a powerful being. A fierce fighter, he is noble, but also has a reputation for brutality. Much of his power lies in his golden cudgel staff, which is the key to his strength. Without it, he is weak and unstable. But when a mysterious superhuman female demon (He Hua) goes in search of strength-bestowing objects and the Little Stone Monkey, she threatens to break loose all sorts of chaos into the moral realm.

This brings the Monkey King out of hiding and on the path to justice. And it puts him on a collision course with his antagonist, the Six-eared Macaque Monkey (Alex Fong). This villainous being is the Monkey King’s match in every way. He looks every inch like the Monkey King, and shares the hero’s fighting prowess. As the duo prepares for a deadly battle, the female demon has plans to wipe out the Monkey King and his allies once and for all. Will evil prevail – or can the Monkey King save the day once more?

This movie was based on characters introduced in the classic 1592 novel “Journey to the West” by Wu Cheng En.

The Evil Double Team

To outsiders, Bo (Stephy Tang) and Keung (Alex Fong) seem to be the perfect couple. They have been ostensibly happily married for 10 years in what most assume is the ideal, stable marriage.

But as the 10th year of their marriage approaches, and they start to plan their celebration, their relationship starts to fray at the edges, exposing problems that they have simply been sweeping under the rug for years.

Both of them have careers that appear to be pulling them in very different directions. And while Keung is desperate to have children, Bo is not sold on the idea of starting a family.

Further complications of family pressures also start to blight their relationship, after Bo’s sister reveals she is about to become a mother.

What’s more, Keung’s fidelity is placed under the microscope when he recalls how he once cheated on Bo – and her suspicions are piqued when she discovers incriminating text messages from a female acquaintance on his phone.

But Keung also thinks he has reason to suspects that his wife has eyes for another man.

Will this prove to be a 10-year-itch too far for the couple – or will love find a way to save their marriage?
