Ye Zu Xin is a Chinese actor born in Quzhou on July 8, 1984. He made his small screen debut in 2004, appearing in the drama series “Qing Duan Shang Hai Tan“ – whee he played a supporting character. He has since gone on to appear in movies, including the 2017 big-screen adaptation of the Keigo Higashino novel “The Devotion of Suspect X.” Ye Zu Xin has featured in a range of television drama titles such as “Scarlet Heart” (2011), “The Legend of Zu” (2016), and “Age of Legends” (2018).

Liu Zi Guang (William Chan) returns to his hometown after an accident that has left him with no memory of the past eight years. While he’s been away, his father had been attacked and is now in hospital. Super-intelligent but shy math teacher Shi Hong (Zhang Lu Yi) falls in love with his neighbor – a single mother named Chen Jing (Ruby Lin). The movie was based on a novel of the same name, written by mystery novel author Keigo Higashino. The novel was the third in the author’s popular “Detective Galileo” series.
