Shen Bao Ping is a Chinese actor. He was born in Xinxiang, Henan, China, on April 2, 1957, and made his acting debut in 1996. Since then, he has appeared in a handful of films and countless television dramas, including “Scarlet Heart” (2011), “The Story of Ming Lan” (2018), “Love and Destiny” (2019), “Winter Begonia” (2020), and “Twisted Fate of Love” (2020).
