Madina Memet, also known as Vicky, is a Chinese actress. She was born in Ürümqi, Xinjiang, China, on September 10, 1987, and made her acting debut in 2011. Since then, she has appeared in a handful of films and a number of television dramas, including “The Investiture of the Gods” (2014), “Ice Fantasy” (2016), “Summer’s Desire” (2018), and “Da Tang Ming Yue” (2021).

During the reign of Emperor Taizong, a baby girl by the name of Kudi Liu Li (Gülnezer Bextiyar) was born.
