Gao Bei Bei is a Chinese actress who was born on November 2, 1970, in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, China. She graduated from the Shanghai Theater Academy, where she was awarded a BA degree in Performance Arts. She debuted in the mid-1990s and in 2003 starred in the hit TV comedy drama series “Saleswoman.” She has since gone on to appear in scores of hit dramas and movies, including the more recent series “Miss Truth” (2020) and “Brilliant Girls” (2021).

Ran Yan (Zhou Jie Qiong), an 18-year-old noblewoman turned amateur forensic detective, uses her unique skills to investigate a gangland killing after her mentor's gambling debts force her into a bargain.
