Jian Chang is a Taiwanese actor. He was born on March 14, 1958, and made his acting debut in 1997. Since then, he has appeared in a variety of films and television dramas, including “Smiling Pasta” (2006), “Bull Fighting” (2007), “Love Around” (2013), “Fall in Love With Me” (2014), and “Happy Enemy” (2022).
