Han Ga In is the stage name of Kim Hyun Joo, a South Korean actress. Born on February 25, 1982, she was discovered in high school after she participated in television variety show called “Golden Bell Challenge.” She began appearing in commercials and advertisements and then made her acting debut in the 2002 television drama “Sunshine Hunting.” Some of her best-known roles include the 2012 film “Architecture 101” and the television dramas “Moon Embracing the Sun” (2012) and “Mistress” (2018). Han Ga In married actor Yeon Jung Hoon in 2005.

Strange things start to unfold around four friends who have been embroiled in complicated relationships.

Jang Se Yeon (Han Ga In) is a widow who owns a café. Her life takes a scary turn when she receives a mysterious phone call that takes her back to a place where something bad may have happened.

Kim Eun Soo (Shin Hyun Bin) is a psychiatrist who also lost her ex-boyfriend to an untimely death. When the son of her ex-boyfriend comes to her as a new patient, Eun Soo begins to feel uneasy about her buried secrets. 

Han Jung Won (Choi Hee Seo) is a high school teacher who has been trying to have a child with her husband, a famous chef. But her perfect life becomes unhinged after a one-night stand. 

Do Hwa Young (Goo Jae Yee) works as a secretary in a high-powered law firm. The firm takes on the wife of Hwa Young’s ex-boyfriend as a new client, and the woman wants to find evidence of her husband’s infidelity.

“Mistress” is a 2018 South Korean drama series directed by Han Ji Seung. It is a remake of the British series “Mistresses,” which originally aired from 2008 to 2010, and an American series by the same title, which ran from 2013 to 2016.

In present-day Seoul, architect Lee Seung Min (Uhm Tae Woong) is unexpectedly visited by his first love, Yang Seo Yeun (Han Ga In), whom he hasn't seen in years. While Seung Min (Lee Je Hoon) and Seo Yeun (Bae Suzy) shared a connection in their college architecture classes, unspoken feelings and missed opportunities led to their separation. However, Seo Yeun is approaching him in a professional capacity: she wants to hire him to help rebuild her family home on Jeju Island. While he's initially hesitant and has difficulty coming up with a design that Seo Yeun is satisfied with, Seung Min eventually agrees, resulting in Seung Min and Seo Yeun spending a lot of time together – to the growing annoyance of Seung Min's fiancée Eun Chae (Go Joon Hee). Will this project result in Seung Min and Seo Yeun getting back together, or will they put their past to rest for good?
