They have to pass the physical checkup twice every year, simulation training, and company tests. Pilots do not hesitate to say that their lives hold no more value than that of a fly because they can no longer wear that fancy uniform if they fail the test twice. Life is no fantasy but real, and it's always ongoing. And the lives of pilots look decent only on the outside. But the only reasons that pilots strive so hard are their responsibility and passion for ensuring the safety of passengers.
