Lee Seung Gi is a popular South Korean singer, actor, MC and entertainer. Born on January 13, 1987, he was first scouted by singer Lee Sun Hee and debuted as a singer at the age of 17. He made his acting debut in 2006 in the television drama “The Infamous Chil Sisters” and has since gone on to star in many popular dramas, including “You’re All Surrounded” (2014), “Gu Family Book” (2013), “The King 2 Hearts” (2012), “My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho” (2010), “Shining Inheritance” (2009) and “Return of Iljimae” (2008). In addition to his music and acting, Lee Seung Gi was a member of the weekend variety show “1 Night 2 Days” from 2007 to 2012 and the MC of the talk show “Strong Heart” from 2009 to 2012.

Ever since 1982, South Koreans have enjoyed playing Blue Marble, a board game not unlike Monopoly. But unlike Monopoly, Blue Marble allows players to snap up properties all over the world in a bid to drive other players into “bankruptcy!” The game has undergone many transformations over the years, and has been adapted for mobile users. But it is about to undergo perhaps its most unique adaption of all! Male celebrity players will pair up with a “bro” – a teammate who will stick by their side as they try to win a “real-world scale” version of Blue Marble.

The contest will take place in Dubai, and contestants will be able to bid for the right to snap up remarkable UAE landmarks, including the 830-meter Burj Khalifa – the world’s tallest building! Entering the contest will be Lee Seung Gi, Yoo Yeon Seok, Lee Dong Hwi, Ji Suk Jin, Jo Se Ho, the Super Junior star Kyu Hyun, and the SEVENTEEN members Joshua and Hoshi.
