Yoo Seung Mok is a South Korean actor who was born on September 14, 1969, in Seoul, South Korea. A man (Yoon Kye Sang) regains consciousness after being involved in a traffic accident. He has no idea who he is or how he came to be in the accident, but finds he has a gunshot wound and is dressed in a designer suit.
