Park Shin Yang is an award-winning South Korean actor. Born on November 1, 1968, he made his acting debut in the 1996 film “Yuri” and went on to star in many popular films and television dramas that have established him as a respected leading actor. He won numerous acting awards for his roles in the television dramas “Lovers in Paris” (2004), “Money Warfare” (2007) and “Painter of the Wind” (2008) and also starred in “My Lawyer, Mr. Jo” (2016).

After renowned heart specialist Cha Seung Do's (Park Shin Yang) daughter Cha So Mi (Lee Re) begins exhibiting strange and terrifying symptoms after a heart transplant, he and his wife fear that something has gone horribly wrong. Desperate to save her, they turn to Priest Bahn Hae Sin (Lee Min Ki), who believes So Mi is possessed by a demon and performs an exorcism, but So Mi tragically dies during the ritual. Devastated and in denial, Seung Do refuses to accept her death, convinced that her heart is still beating.
