Kim Bo Mi is an ambitious news anchor. She wants to get herself to the top. Lee Bom, on the other hand, is a veteran actress who has slowly gone down a plateaued acting career being married to a lawmaker. The two suddenly bump into each other, and their lives get twisted. They've earned themselves a case of a Switch Itch that keeps them switching bodies and lives every time they get hit back a sneeze attack. They discover each other's lives on a new level that unlocks many mysteries ahead.

Dong Ho (Son Hyun Joo) is a high-flying lawyer at a big-name legal firm. His wife Yeon Soo (Uhm Ji Won) is a kind-hearted medical professional who works at a busy hospital in Seoul. Dong Ho has decided to quit his job to take up a job as a pharmaceutical giant’s corporate lawyer. On the day he leaves his old job, his wife calls him and he decides not to answer so he can continue networking. But this appears to spark a series of tragic events, which eventually leads to his wife’s bloody murder in a robbery that goes horribly wrong.

The police struggle to identify the killer, and Dong Ho, distraught, throws himself into his work. But when, a year later, he receives a phone call from his wife, who appears to be alive and well at the time of the call, he suddenly realizes that he has somehow traveled back to the past – to the very day of her murder. Dong Ho resolves to do what he can to try to prevent the murder...but could he already be too late?

Hyun Soo is Eun Soo's younger sister and runs a company with Kwang Mo who she met at a dog shelter when she was 25. She has a crush on him, and it's quite heartrending to be in one-sided love. Two women's lives change with marriage, divorce, and remarriage. How will their lives work?
