Park Hae Mi is an award-winning South Korean actress. She was born on January 28, 1965 in Daejeon, South Korea, and made her acting debut in 1984 when she took her role in a theater production. In 2005, she made her first appearance in a television series and took her first film role in 2010. Since her debut, she has appeared in a number of theater productions, films, and television dramas, including “Unstoppable High Kick” (2006), “School 2013” (2012), and “Hongik Super” (2017).

School equals unhappiness.The students have long been the icons of loneliness, suicide, and bullying.The teachers are incompetent employees who go to school to give detention. The parents are dictators who will do anything for their child to advance in society. And school is a monster. But is school really a monster? I mean, have we ever really taken a good, proper look at school? Whenever a school is rocked by bullying or death, people blame the academic policies or SATs. They sigh and aimlessly point a finger at our moral-lacking, dog eat dog world. Perhaps we actually know nothing about school. If so, then this is the moment we all must peer into the essence of school. If we hold our breaths and look inside, the school will listen. To the stories the children hide and the teachers are unaware of, and to the deep wounds of school, which has become a monster. We all must face the despair school emanates in order to discover that faint glimmer of hope. That hope is the first step in coming face to face with the non-monstrous future of school.

Three generations live together on the fourth floor of the Lee Soon Jae Women's Oriental Medical Clinic building. The first generation is Soon Jae and his wife, Moon Hee, and the second is Jun Ha and his wife, Hae Mi. Min Ho and Yun Ho, the sons of Jun Ha and Hae Mi, are the third generation. Soon Jae's second son, Min Yong, who lives in the attic after divorcing his wife and losing their apartment to her, completes the family. Min Yong is also a gym teacher at the high school that Min Ho and Yun Ho attend. Their homeroom teacher, Min Jung, who teaches English, falls in love with Min Yong. Yu Mi, Seung Hyun, and Beom are friends of Min Ho and Yun Ho. Yu Mi is the girl next door, and her beauty smites Min Ho at first sight.
