Drawn in by the prospect of a lucrative job offer, computer programmer Pan Sheng (Lay Zhang) gets on a plane with a group of other recruits to join an overseas gaming company. However, things are not as they seem: during a layover, Pan Sheng and the others are whisked away to an abandoned factory in the countryside, where they're imprisoned and forced to participate in cyber fraud schemes.
