Life was once so promising for Asahi Mikuri‎ya (Yamashita Tomohisa), a young man who dreamed of becoming a top photographer. He had the world at his feet, and was dating the woman of his dreams. One day, he meets a young woman named Natsuki Chiyohara‎ (Karina), a manager at a famous Italian restaurant in Tokyo. She has also been dumped by the love of her life, and decides to take a job at a restaurant in the same seaside town where Asahi lives. The duo bonds over their broken hearts – but could this unexpected connection lead them to new love?
