Qiu Xin Zhi is a Taiwanese actor. He was born on March 31, 1968 and made his acting debut in 1998. Since then, he has appeared in numerous television dramas and films, including the fantasy action film, “Jade Dynasty” (2019).

Years ago, Xiao Yan (He Luo Luo) made a promise to Nalan Yanran that he could not break.
