Penber is a Taiwanese actor who was born on December 23, 1985, in Taiwan. He Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Fu Jen Catholic University and rocketed to fame in 2010 when he appeared in the drama series “Rookies’ Diary.” In 2012, he played one of the main roles in the drama series “Man-Boy.” He has also appeared in the romantic comedy movie “Love Scams” (2018) and the drama “Golden City” (2019).
